At Locally Hated, we take pride in producing and dispatching high-quality vinyl decals as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Custom or personalised products may require additional production time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post or the selected courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking

Where tracking is included, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Locally Hated cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
